A BILL to amend and reenact article 10, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Division of Natural Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to elk restoration and management.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That article 10, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

 ARTICLE 10. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-10-1. Division of Natural Resources.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2015, authorized under the authority of section five-h, article two, chapter twenty, of this code, modified by the Division of Natural Resources to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 29, 2015, relating to the Division of Natural Resources (elk restoration and management, 58 CSR 74), is authorized.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of Natural Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Elk Restoration and Management.
